* CabotineDesign have a policy of 'no frills and no fuss'. However there will be full consultation with the client regarding the design of a site. In the event that the client decides not to proceed after completion of the design, fees paid will be fully refunded and the site files will be deleted.

* The fees payable are as advertised with no hidden extras

* Fees are for a full calendar year (except in the case of the classified advertisement which is a one-off payment). Hosting and domain registration fees are non-returnable in the event that a client chooses to terminate the hosting or domain registration before the year-end.

* Hosted clients and those with domain registration will be sent a reminder one month before the due date for renewal. If the appropriate fees are not received before the actual renewal date, the hosting will be terminated after 24 hours and there will be an administration fee of £20 to re-start the hosting service, in addition to the hosting fee.
It is vital that the domain registration is renewed on time as the client could lose the domain name completely.

* Clients requiring website design only will be given all site files in order to obtain hosting elswhere. CabotineDesign will not retain any site files or information about the client once the association has ceased.

* Domain names will be registered by CabotineDesign on behalf of the client.

* CabotineDesign reserve the right to refuse hosting where they deem the nature of the content likely to offend the webhost.
